How can I make a reservation?

For availability and rates please check our online booking engine. If it doesn’t generate any availability or your request is a special one, either choose to fill in the online booking form, or contact us directly at +4 0735 000 100, reservation@hotelnautic.ro. What are the payment conditions and booking terms?

The payment terms differ depending on the type of offer selected and are detailed for each in its description; generally, only a deposit is required, which can be paid online by card, on our website.

What is the payment method?

Payment can be made in Lei, in advance, by card on our website, by bank transfer or at the reception during the check-in, by card or cash.

Online with a bank card via the payment platform EuPlatesc.ro (Visa / Maestro / Mastercard accepted)If you have chosen the “Online by bank card” payment method, you need to fill in a form with your card information on the secure page of the payment processor.- Payments with credit / debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the “3-D Secure” system developed by the organizations that ensure the same level of security for online transactions as those made at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant.- “3-D Secure” ensures first of all that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store’s servers or on the payment processor’s servers, this data being entered directly into Visa and MasterCard systems. 

Important to know! No fee is charged for payments using bank cards!

What is the cancellation policy for a reservation?

In case of cancellation after making an early booking reservation with more than 31 days before check-in, the 50% deposit paid is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before check-in, the penalty is 100%. If a reservation made on a standard offer is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs after this date, the deposit is not refundable.

What is the time frame for check-in and check-out formalities

Check-in is possible after 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00.

Do I need an ID card or passport to check in?

Yes, in order to complete the check-in formalities, it is necessary to present an identity document, valid passport or identity card, by each guest. Also, each adult accommodated in a room has the obligation to complete and sign the accommodation form, according to the Romanian legislation.

Where can I check-in and check-out?

Check-in and check-out formalities will be performed at the main reception of the Nautic complex, located on the ground floor of the Nautic Sport building. For more details we invite you to consult the map of the complex available on the contact page.

Is smoking allowed in the Nautic Sport & Luxury Club complex?

Smoking is not allowed in the indoor spaces of the complex; except in the specially dedicated areas like: restaurant terrace and balconies (where applicable).

Can I book additional meals?

Yes, you can choose to add meal services to your booking: lunch – 75 lei / person, dinner – 65 lei / person, full board – 130 Lei / person. We offer 05% discount for meals supplements for children <11.99 years old.

Is accommodation for the 3rd adult in a double room possible?

For the comfort of all 3 persons, we recommend booking a family room or a duplex apartment, all equipped with sofa beds. We do not recommend accommodating 3 adults in a double room because we want all our guests to have the comfort expected during their stay.

What rooms are dedicated to accommodate 3 adults?

In order to ensure the much desired comfort for 3 adults we offer accommodation within the Nautic Luxury building in family rooms, which have a double king bed and a sofa bed or in duplex suites, which have a bedroom with a double king bed upstairs and living room with double  sofa bed on the first floor.

What rooms can we choose for large families?

We welcome large families in Nautic Luxury where 2 adults and 2 children <11.99 years old can be accommodated in family rooms with a double king bed and a sofa bed, or in duplex suites with a double bedroom upstairs king and sofa bed downstairs. Families with younger children can also choose double rooms with city or sea views, and for an increased comfort we recommend booking an extra bed with a fee of 50 Lei / night. For babies we offer free cots offering a restful sleep during the stay for everyone.

Can extra beds for children or adults be provided on request?

We offer free of charge cots, wooden or arch, for children <3 years old; for children <11.99 years there is the option of an extra bed at the rate of 50 Lei / night, and for minors> 12 years the fee is 100 Lei /night. The fee also includes breakfast. The service is subject to availability at the time of accommodation.

Do the rooms have a balcony?

Yes, most of our rooms have a balcony. If you want a room with a balcony, you can book a double room with sea view in Nautic Sport, double room with sea or city view, or a suite in Nautic Luxury.

Between what hours is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the restaurant located on the ground floor in Nautic Sport, daily, between 8 AM and 10.30 AM.

What is the latest I can dine in the restaurant?

The restaurant kitchen is open daily, and it takes orders until 10 PM.

What is the housekeeping policy?

This subject is one very important to us, and accordingly the rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every day, and the sheets every three nights.

Do you offer internet access?

Yes, we offer to our customers free wireless internet access throughout the complex, including the rooms.

Is the access to the beach and pool free of charge for guests?

Yes, access to the beach and outdoor pool is free for Nautic Sport & Luxury Club guests. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are provided free of charge, subject to availability, based on tickets received from reception on arrival. They cannot be booked in advance.

What is your children policy?

We offer free accommodation and breakfast for up to two children <6.99 years old staying in a room with two paying adults. Accommodation for two adults and two children <11.99 years old is also accepted in the more spacious rooms. Optional meal services (lunch, dinner, full board) are granted 50% discount for all children <11.99 years. For children who have already reached the age of 12, adult rates will apply.

What amenities do you have for children?

Children can have fun at the specially arranged playground near the terrace, or at the one located the beach; they have a dedicated pool area. We also offer special chairs for children in the restaurant, and the menu includes a section with dishes specially designed for them.
