What is the booking method?

For availability and prices please check our online booking system. If there are not availability online, please fill in the online booking form or contact us at +4 0735 000 100, reservation@hotelnautic.ro. For group reservations or corporate requests please contact us at +4 0799 944 220, sales@hotelnautic.ro.

What are the payment conditions and booking warranty?

If you choose a special offer, the payment must be made in full, online on our website with a credit card, or by bank transfer, according with the terms and conditions.

If you choose a standard rate, in order to warrant your booking for the desired period it is necessary to make and advanced payment equal to the first accommodation night. The advanced payment must be made within 72h from the time of the booking. The rest of the amount will be paid until check-out.

What is the payment method?

The payment can be made in Lei,  in advance online on our website with a credit card, by bank transfer or card at the complex’s reception desk.

What is the booking’s cancellation policy?

If you cancel your early booking reservation, the deposit of 50% of the total amount will not be refunded.

If you cancel your reservation made on a standard rate at least 30 days before arrival, the advanced payment is refundable. If you cancel after this date, the advanced payment is non-refundable.

How do I reach the destination?

What is the time frame for check-in and check-out?

Check-in after 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Do I need an identity card or passport to check-in?

Yes, to check-in you need to present an identification document, passport or identity card.

Where can I check-in or check-out?

The check-in and check-out formalities will be performed at the Nautic Sport & Luxury Club’ reception desk, located at the ground floor of Nautic Sport building. For further details, please refer to the complex’s map on the website’s main page.

Is smoking allowed within Nautic Sport & Luxury Club complex?

Smoking is not allowed in the indoor places of the complex. The exception is in the specially arranged places: restaurant’s terrace and balconies (where applicable).

Can I book additional meals?

Yes, you can add meals to your booking: lunch – 14 Euro/person, dinner – 11 Euro/person, full board – 22 Euro/person. We offer 50% for meals for children under 14 y.o..

Can you accommodate 3 adults in a double room?

Yes, we can accommodate 3 adults in the double rooms with sea view in Nautic Sport and in Nautic Luxury in the rooms with city or sea view for an addition of 15 Euro/day / breakfast included, representing the additional bed fee.

What are the rooms dedicated for accommodating 3 adults?

In order to ensure the comfort of 3 adults, we propose the accommodation in Nautic Luxury in family rooms with a king double bed and a sofa bed or in the Duplex Modern Suite made of a bedroom with a king double bed at the 1st floor and a living room with sofa bed at the ground floor.

What rooms can we chose for large families?

We welcome large family in Nautic Luxury where 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 14 can be accommodated in family rooms with a double king bed and a sofa bed or in the Duplex Modern Suites with a king double bed bedroom at the 1st floor and a sofa bed at the ground floor. The families made of 2 adults and children under 9 years old can also chose double rooms with city or sea view, and for extra comfort we recommend and additional bed for 15 Euro/day.

Can you provide additional beds for children or adults on request?

We offer cot beds free of charge for children under the age of 3, and for adults you can pay the additional bed fee of 15 Euro/day . This fee also includes breakfast. This services is offered if available on the check-in date.

Do the rooms have balconies?

Yes, some rooms have balconies. If you wish a room with a balcony you can book a double room with sea view in Nautic Sport, double room with city or sea view or a suite in Nautic Luxury.

Between what hours is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the restaurant situated on the ground floor of Nautic Sport, daily between 08.00 and 10.30.

What is the latest I can eat in the restaurant?

The restaurant’s kitchen is open daily until 22.00.

What is the housekeeping policy?

As this criteria is very important to us, the rooms are cleaned daily, the towels are changed every two days and the sheets every three days.

Do you offer internet access?

Yes, our clients have Wi-Fi internet access free of charge within the entire complex, including in their rooms.

Is the access to the beach and swimming pool free of charge?

Yes, the access to the beach and outdoor swimming pool is free of charge for the Nautic Sport & Luxury Club’s clients based on the ticket taken daily from the bar restaurant. We also offer sun beds and umbrellas free of charge, if available. These cannot be booked in advanced.

What is your policy for children?

We offer free of charge accommodation for maximum two children under the age of 9, accommodated in a room with two paying adults. In some of the most spacious rooms we also accept accommodation for two adults and two children under the age of 14. At the optional meals (lunch, dinner, full board) we offer 50% discount for all children under the age of 14. For the children that already turned 14, the adult price will apply.

What amenities do you have for children?

Children can have fun at the specially arranged playground, a dedicated area by the pool and a menu section at the restaurant.
